Con Lehane is a reflection of Zevas corporate mantra. During his 7-year tenure with Zevas, he has been at the driving seat of Zevas's success as a leader in the Call Centre and Debt Recovery industry. As chief Executive Officer, Con oversees the the strategic direction of the company in Ireland, US and Spain using a hands on approach in the relentless pursuit of improving the client service experience through finance,  operations,, project management, and customer service call center departments. 

Con is overseeing a number of initiatives designed to achieve greater operating efficiencies across the company and to solidify Zevas’s position as a leader in the debt recovery and call centre industries in Europe and the US. He has developed a solid leadership team by exemplifying vision, dedication, knowledge, enthusiasm and compassion, forging the path to continued growth. Con and his team interface daily with clients at all levels, and they strive to ensure that we are at the forefront of the marketplace by providing an unmatched level of customization and flexibility to our clients. Prior to joining Zevas as a co-founder, Con has held a number of highly successful C-Level roles in the Call Centre and Telecommunications industry in Ireland, Spain and USA.

 

Ronan is co founder of Zevas Communications and Zefone Ltd. He has worked in telecoms for the last 10 years in senior positions with Worldcom, Verio and Worldport. His extensive experience in the telecom and IT sectors has afforded extensive exposure to best of breed technologies. Ronan has over seen the implementation of these technologies within Zevas. "Our strengths are our people combined with the best technologies available - our dialler system helps to increase productivity by up to 300%. We have also implemented 100% call recording in line with customer SLA's."

In addition to his role of chairman of Zevas Communications Ronan is also the Managing Director of Zefone Ltd which operates in Ireland and main land Europe.
